The $200 Billion Broadband Scandal

February 1, 2006

Via Digg, a write up on how America has fallen to 16th in the world in terms of broadband due to some very expensive broken promises by the broadband industry. If true, this sounds like class-action lawsuit material. This reeks of the old guard in charge of data services (television, phone, RIAA, etc) stonewalling to preserve their prehistoric business model at the expense of our nation’s forward progress.
